Showtime!

That was the motto for the NEULANDT team at the end of July to answer exciting questions about the precast construction method of NEULANDT GmbH. What is N3P? Why should you choose precast construction? And what is this butterfly technology all about? Our NEULANDT team gives a great insight into the topic of precast construction.

The pressure on the construction industry is rising. Population growth and urbanization are causing a shortage of infrastructure that is needed faster than it can be built. Our precast factory N3P is designed to counteract this. Colleagues of the NEULANDT team create awareness for THE future driver in short video sequences: precast concrete elements, produced with an innovative butterfly technology.

Cost efficiency, quality and a fast execution – the precast construction method. Christine Fasching – Head of Sales NEULANDT – explains the advantages of this concept, which is still partly unknown on the African market.

Whether multi-family houses, villas, offices, supermarkets or even infrastructure projects such as hospitals or student dormitories. The N3P convinces with its versatile fields of application. Matthias Atschreiter – Head of Engineering NEULANDT – explains in which building segments the N3P is used. “Houses made of individual panels or modular housing concepts can be realized” says Matthias Atschreiter.
